I had a lovely experience at the hotel, which was nestled in the beautiful mountains of the Eje Cafetero region. The little forest behind the property added to the charm, and I found the staff to be welcoming and friendly. However, there were a few hiccups with the dining options that could use some improvement. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but I felt the facilities could be better maintained.
